Advait Energy Transitions Partners With Haryana City Gas Distribution To Develop Green Hydrogen Plant

MoU Marks Significant Step in Advancing Clean Energy and Green Hydrogen Solutions

Advait Energy Transitions (AETL), formerly Advait Infratech, has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Haryana City Gas Distribution (Bhiwadi)  to establish a 2000 MTPA Green Hydrogen Plant. This partnership highlights AETL’s commitment to advancing clean energy solutions and strengthening infrastructure for sustainable energy transitions.

Under the terms of the MoU, AETL will provide 15MW alkaline-based electrolysers and deliver turnkey EPC solutions along with Balance of Plant systems for the project. AETL will also oversee operations and maintenance of the plant for one year after its commissioning. The agreement includes consultancy services to explore green hydrogen applications for industrial and commercial uses, as well as potential projects in green ammonia production and carbon credits.
