DataVolt Partners With Modon To Build AI-ready Sustainable Data Center In Riyadh

DataVolt, a developer of sustainable digital infrastructure, has signed a land lease agreement with The Saudi Authority for Industrial Cities and Technology Zones (MODON) to build a state-of-the-art AI-ready data centre in Riyadh. The 55000-square-meter facility, situated in the first technology park in east Riyadh, is set to cater to the growing demand for digital services from hyperscalers, cloud providers, and enterprises across Saudi Arabia.
The facility will be designed with cutting-edge cooling systems and powered by optimised energy solutions, marking a significant step in DataVolt’s commitment to providing sustainable and efficient data centre services. The centre’s eco-friendly design and advanced circularity approach will ensure minimal environmental impact while supporting the Kingdom’s growing AI sector.
