Vikram Solar Secures 250 MW Module Supply Deal from Bondada Group

Project To Power Maharashtra’s Green Push Using ALMM-Listed N-Type Modules

Vikram Solar has bagged a 250 megawatt (MW) solar module supply order from infrastructure engineering company Bondada Group for a project in Maharashtra.

The order covers high efficiency solar photovoltaic (PV) modules based on N Type technology, which are listed in the Approved List of Models and Manufacturers (ALMM) by the Ministry of New and Renewable Energy. Deliveries are scheduled to begin in the financial year 2025-26.

The Maharashtra project is expected to boost the state’s renewable energy portfolio while helping reduce carbon emissions in line with its clean energy ambitions.

“The collaboration with Vikram Solar brings us a step closer to our goal of achieving 10 gigawatts in renewable capacity by 2030. With over 3 GW of projects currently in hand, and more opportunities emerging through trusted partnerships like this, we are confident of delivering purpose-led infrastructure with speed, innovation, and execution excellence” said Bondada Group Chairman and Managing Director Bondada Raghavendra Rao.

The partnership also reinforces Vikram Solar’s commercial momentum amid a broader policy push for domestic manufacturing and energy self-reliance.

“Every project we deliver is a reflection of the trust our partners place in our technology, performance, and commitment to excellence,” said Vikram Solar Chairman and Managing Director Gyanesh Chaudhary. “As India accelerates its clean energy transition, Vikram Solar remains focused on enabling this momentum with reliable solar solutions, scalable capacity, and consistent execution.”
