Acme Venus Urja, a wholly owned subsidiary of Acme Solar Holdings, has tied up long-term project financing of Rs 3,892 crore from the State Bank of India to develop and build a 400 megawatt firm and dispatchable renewable energy (FDRE) project in Rajasthan.

The project, located in Barmer, is contracted with NHPC at a tariff of Rs 4.64 per unit, the company said in a statement on Thursday. The loan is structured with a repayment spread over 19 years.

Acme Solar said the FDRE project underscores its commitment to integrating renewable energy with storage and dispatchable capacity, aimed at strengthening India’s clean energy infrastructure.
