Addverb Reports Gains In Renewable Energy Use And Local Procurement

Sustainability report shows higher renewable share, local sourcing, plastic recycling and stronger social measures in FY25
Addverb, a Robotics and automation firm, has reported progress in renewable energy adoption, supply chain localisation and environmental responsibility in its sustainability report for the financial year 2024-25.
The company sourced 83 per cent of its procurement locally, while renewable energy accounted for 12.76 per cent of total consumption. This shift is estimated to have reduced carbon emissions by 425.89 tonne of CO₂ equivalent during the year. The firm also recycled 8.65 metric tonnes of plastic in line with Extended Producer Responsibility rules.
The report further notes that an average of 1,640 kilowatt-hours of solar power was generated daily, and life-cycle assessments of products were undertaken from cradle to gate. Biodiversity initiatives included the planting of 500 trees in Greater Noida, expanding an existing micro-forest of 3,000 trees representing 25 indigenous species.
On the social front, training in occupational health and safety rose from 2 to 5.6 hours per employee, and diversity and inclusion measures were broadened. The company, with a workforce of over 900, maintained compliance with international standards of ethical practice.
The firm stated that it has set an internal net-zero target and is aligning future innovation in automation with environmental goals.
