                                Coca cola India empowers Delhi kiranas with coolers and digital tools, boosting sales, efficiency, and community engagement under Locally Yours
Kirana stores are the backbone of India’s consumer ecosystem. Coca-cola India, with bottling partners Moon Beverages and Kandhari Global Beverages, is enhancing Delhi’s retail network through advanced cooling infrastructure and digital tools under its ‘Locally Yours’ campaign. The initiative aims to empower small retailers, fuel daily and festive consumption, and reinforce neighbourhood communities.
The coolers boost sales, extend product shelf life, and enhance in-store experience, while the Coke Buddy platform offers AI powered self-ordering and 24/7 support, enabling shop owners to manage their businesses efficiently.
Retailers have welcomed the support. Raksha Ram Gupta, a Delhi tea stall owner, said, “Festivals bring huge demand, and having popular beverages at my stall has boosted sales and made it a place where people gather.”
Sundeep Bajoria, Vice President -India Operations, Coca-cola India and Southwest Asia, added, “By combining modern infrastructure with on-ground support, we are enabling retailers to meet evolving consumer needs while reinforcing a resilient distribution network.”
Anant Agrawal, Vice Chairman, Moon Beverages, said, “We are helping retailers meet rising demand, improve efficiency, and grow with their communities.” Taran Pal Singh Kandhari, Director, Kandhari Global Beverages, noted, “Kirana stores remain at the core of Delhi NCR’s consumption story. Our focus is on empowering retailers and enhancing customer experience.”
The impact is visible across local stores. Yash Pal, running a family juice centre since pre-independence, said, “With steady support from Coca-cola, we can keep pace with what people look for and be part of their everyday and festive moments.”
