Premier Energies Secures Rs 1,700 Crore Order From NTPC

The supply of bifacial solar photovoltaic modules is to be completed in a span of nine months

 

remier Energies has obtained a significant order from NTPC for 608 MW of Bifacial Solar Photovoltaic (PV) modules, valued at around Rs 1,700 crore. An official statement from NTPC confirmed that the contract is related to the company’s Nokh solar PV plant, which is located in Rajasthan. It is projected that the scheduled supply will be completed in a short time—nine months.

Premier Energies continues to be persistent in its goal to develop top-tier domestic solar cells and modules, with an annual module capacity of 4GW. The Bifacial Solar PV Modules are manufactured at the company’s 40-acre facility in Hyderabad and are designed to maximize energy generation and enhance overall project efficiency and output.
