Raj Cooling Systems has ventured into the dustbin manufacturing segment, marking an expansion of its product portfolio. This move aligns with the company’s goal of providing high-quality, durable, and sustainable plastic products across various industries.
By manufacturing dustbins domestically, Raj Cooling Systems said that it is contributing to the ‘Made in India’ initiative, reducing reliance on imports while fostering the growth of India’s industrial sector. The company utilises cutting-edge manufacturing technologies, including AI-driven production processes, ensuring superior design, durability, and cost-effectiveness in its new product line.

The dustbins, made from high-grade plastic, are available in various sizes and lid variants, including two colors—blue and green—catering to households, offices, industries, public spaces, and municipal applications. The product range includes compact models ideal for homes and offices, heavy-duty bins for malls, schools, and hospitals, and industrial-strength versions designed to prevent spillage and odors.
With over 18 years of experience in plastic manufacturing, Raj Cooling Systems claimed guarantees robust products through extensive in-house research and development. The dustbins are made from 100 per cent virgin plastic, ensuring superior strength, hygiene, and ease of maintenance. Some models are equipped with wheels for enhanced mobility and efficient waste handling.
Initially focusing on the domestic market, Raj Cooling Systems has plans for international expansion. The dustbins, priced between Rs 100 and Rs 2,000, balance affordability with high-quality construction. The company is employing a multi-channel distribution strategy, including direct sales, dealer partnerships, e-commerce platforms, and government tenders.
Looking to the future, Raj Cooling Systems aims to strengthen its position in the waste management sector by expanding its product offerings, enhancing distribution networks, and securing institutional and government contracts.
